Instant streaming netflix suggestions anyone?

I need some suggestions on what to watch. I like suspense, horror(not just blood and guts, needs good story line), sci-fi(like k-pax, powder, the martian child, LOTR,pan's labyrinth), action(like crank) mob movies(carlito's way, a bronx tale) and any movie you think is just EXCELLENT.
