How can i sue a company that wrongly reported to me to telecheck?

signal corp. a cell phone insurance company, wrongly reported me to telecheck. I was going to get a new phone from them, they took a 50.00 check by phone fee from me, 15 min. later I cancelled the transaction,( I looked up the phone they were going to give me and didn't like it). 3 day's later they took the 50.00 out of my checking acct. I explained to the bank that I cancelled the transaction, and they reversed the charges as "unauthorized", 5 day's later, I get a letter from telecheck , they want 50.00 for the phone ,plus 30.00 ret. chk fee. even though I got no phone. been going on now 3 wk.s, signal corp. has already ured me it was their mistake and they are working on fixing it with telecheck, telecheck has no record of any contact with them , and won't remove it until they do. Meanwhile I can't write a check ANYWHERE. I want to sue them for the 50.00 plus the 30.00 PLUS PUNITIVE damages I am so MAD, how do I find a lawyer for this type of case, what would it cost? thanks.
