I Would Say No Children Under 4. I Work With Children At My Church I Teach 4 And Under. The Littler Ones Are Very Routy But When It Comes To The 4 Years Olds. Not Very. They Listen Very Well And Can Communcatie And They Would Have Fun Dancing And Stuff. So Talk To Your Finace' About 4 & Up :)
