Why do restaurants put cilantro in food without warning you on the menu?

I had to spit out my food today, and send it back. They have to know there are tons of people who hate it. I'm so mad I just joined a href="http://www.bancilantro.com" rel="nofollow"http://www.bancilantro.com/a , and 8 different facebook groups of people who hate it
