What does this guy have?

My sister's boyfriend is an alcoholic. But, it's much more than that. I've never known anyone to get so drunk off one beer that he starts ranting about the strangest things....he gets a completely distorted view of reality and starts mentally abusing everyone in sight, taking things out of his own life that is wrong, blaming them on everyone else, and accusing others of having the same faults he has. And should you defend yourself, he might get violent toward you. He has a VERY high and might personality, he looks down on everyone, family, friends, strangers. He's always getting in fights with friends because they don't put up with it. He has insomnia, so if someone sneezes in the next room, he goes into a rage and yells at them about how they are keeping him up because they are irresponsible, ect and so forth. He supposedly can't get a job because he has a bad knee, but he runs around on it all the time. He made her while she is nursing be the only one with a job and then he'd blame her on all their problems. He is either a compulsive liar or has no idea what is true at all. He constantly tells his girlfriend that she doesn't know anything, mentally abuses the crap out of her, and sometimes hits her. When I caught him hitting her, I yelled at him and he pushed me on top of their baby, so I punched him and he called the cops on ME! The cops came and told him, even though he was drunk, he should drive off and stay at a friends house till things have calmed down, despite his girlfriend and me explaining he had aulted us both. He went to my friends house and cried for two days, telling them what a horrible ***** I was for attacking him out of NOWHERE. Two days later he convinced my sister that the entire situation was my fault, even though I woke up to him beating her up. He does a lot of these things when he's not drunk, just it's less aggressive. He is paranoid about really silly things sometimes, and has turned my sister, who used to be very independent and strong, into a very pive, angry, confused girl. Now she is starting to act like him, she believes all these really stupid things he's convinced her of, and she refuses to ociate with me or my mom anymore because she is convinced we left her camper filled with garbage, which is something we def didn't do. Even if we had, we lent them all the money to buy the camper, they lied about how much it cost (so they got extra money out of us...we found the receit later) and then only paid part of it back. They don't talk to any family members anymore, and she had to stop talking to all her friends because he had a problem with them, or they told him off once for being really horrible to my sister or to them. Anyways, I could go on and on with examples but I wanted to know what this guy might have. Is he schizophrenic or manic depressive? Border line personality? Psychopathic? I don't know enough about psychology to really make a guess, but I thought someone else might...
