Afraid my daughters lying is going to make me lose all 4 of my children?

Excuse me for what I am going to say, but u have a bad case of a BRAT. Seems to me like she is just trying to do anything to get things her way. The best thing here is TOUGH LOVE. U need to put ur foot down and even look into some serious counseling or a boot camp sort of thing. The more u baby her the worse things are going to get. Obviously ur neighbor tells her what she wants to hear and that is why she loves being over there. U are the parent here and as long as she is a minor living under ur roof its ur rules. Put ur foot down and let her know u guys are the parents not her.
